Lontano dal traffico cittadino e a pochi minuti dalla stazione centrale, l’appartamento è formato da tre stanze: due grandi camere matrimoniali e una cucina open space.
Ciascun ambiente è dotato di aria condizionata e di riscaldamento a gas. Il bagno dell’appartamento è munito di lavatrice, l’intera struttura
gode di un’ottima copertura wi-fi.
Nel giardino dell’appartamento si trovano due terrazzini e una grande
terrazza sul lato più ombreggiato della casa, tutti questi spazi sono attrezzati per poter trascorrere un tempo libero rigenerante e rilassante in un ambiente tranquillo e fuori dal movimentato centro cittadino.

However, you don't need a car to enjoy everything the area has to offer, as the flat is located around 5 minutes wak from the train station. There you can find trains going to Cinque Terre, with beautiful natural beaches and parks which are part of UNESCO heritage.
The town centre is also a short walk away, and during summer you can get ferries going to Cinque Terre, Lerici and Portovenere.
But the area around La Spezia has a lot more to offer in terms of natural scenery, with Levanto beaches, the green meadows of Val Di Vara and the breathtaking views of Alpi Apuane from Val di Magra all within a short drive from the property.
